नवी दिल्ली | 25 January 2024 : टीटागड रेल्वे सिस्टिम्स लिमिटेडचा शेअर अनेक दिवसांपासून तेजीत आहे. हा शेअर एकदम सूसाट आहे. कंपनीचा शेअर आज गुरुवारी 2 टक्क्यांच्या तेजीसह आगेकूच करत आहे. हा शेअर आता 1126 रुपयांवर पोहचला आहे. कोलकत्ता येथील टिटागड रेल्वे सिस्टिम्स लिमिटेडने भारत आणि इतर परदेशातील रेल्वे कंपोनेंट्स आणि इतर प्रणाली व्यवसायात उतरण्यासाठी एम्बर समूहासोबत एक करार केला आहे. या शेअरने गुरुवारी पुन्हा चुणूक दाखवल्याने गुंतवणूकदारांना मोठा फायदा झाला.
इटलीत करणार 120 कोटींची गुंतवणूक
टिटागड आणि एम्बर समूह मिळून इटलीत 120 कोटींची गुंतवणूक करणार आहे. सिडवाल रेफ्रिजरेशन इंडस्ट्रीज प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेडच्या नवीन रेल्वे व्यवसायाची सुरुवात करण्यासाठी इटलीतील फायरमा येथे ही गुंतवणूक करण्यात येणार आहे. त्यामाध्यमातून मोठी उलाढाल होण्याची शक्यता आहे.
कंपनीचे म्हणणे काय
कंपनीने BSE ला कराराची माहिती दिली. त्यानुसार, टिटागड रेल्वे सिस्टिम्स आणि दिल्ली-एनसीआरच्या एम्बर समूहात याविषयीचा करार झाला आणि एक संयुक्त उपक्रम सुरु करण्यात येत आहे. रेल्वेशी संबंधित व्यवसाय ही संयुक्त कंपनी काम करणार आहे. या नवीन उपक्रमात रेल्वे आणि मेट्रोच्या डब्ब्यांशी संबंधित काम ही कंपनी करणार आहे. या घडामोडीची माहिती कंपनीने शेअर बाजाराला दिली आहे. इटली सरकारची इनवितलियामध्ये गुंतवणूक करणार आहे. तर टिटागड समूहाची टिटागड फायरमा एसपीएमध्ये नवीन गुंतवणूक करण्यात येणार आहे. त्यासाठी मंजूरी मिळाल्याचे कंपनीने बाजाराला कळविले आहे.
कंपनीच्या शेअरची कमाल
टिटागड रेल्वे सिस्टिम्स लिमिटेडच्या शेअरने गुंतवणूकदारांना जोरदार परतावा दिला. गेल्या सहा महिन्यात 64 टक्के आणि वर्षभरात 137.48 टक्के परतावा दिला. या शेअरचा 52 आठवड्यातील उच्चांकी किंमत 1,249 रुपये आणि 52 आठवड्यातील निच्चांकी किंमत 194.80 रुपये आहे. कंपनीचे मार्केट कॅप 14,966.97 कोटी रुपये आहे.
